What we keep
Very little. We record which pages are visited and how far people get through the quiz, the cart and checkout, using our own systems. When your preferences and regional requirements permit it, Microsoft Clarity also records how the site is used, and Meta measures our advertising as described below. Your cart stays in your own browser.

The number of boxes you have chosen is stored in your browser so it survives moving between pages. When you start checkout, the selected sizes and quantities are sent to our server and Stripe to calculate and process your order. We also note, against the random visit id described below, the first time a box is added and each time checkout is started, so we can see where people stop. Neither is linked to a name or an email.
Checkout and orders
Stripe processes your payment details. We retain the order, contact and shipping details needed to fulfill your purchase. A secure checkout cookie connects the payment return page to the checkout started in your browser and expires after one day. We do not record analytics on the payment return page.
The quiz
Your answers are carried in the page address so the match can be shared or reloaded, and we record them against the same random id as above so we can see which matches people are getting. They are not linked to a name or an email. If you ask us to email the match, the address is checked for a valid format and immediately discarded — we do not keep it.
Analytics and cookies
A visit cookie, set by us, holds a random id so repeat pages in the same visit count once rather than as separate people. It carries no name, no email and no advertising identifier, and it is never shared. Alongside it we keep the page visited, the approximate area the request came from, the kind of device, and how you arrived — a link, a search, or a campaign. None of that record goes to an advertising network; what Meta receives is described under Advertising (Meta). Separately, when your preferences and regional requirements permit it, Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling and a replay of the visit — so we can find what is confusing or broken. Where the law needs your permission first, it waits for it; elsewhere it can run automatically. You can change your choice in the tracking preferences below.
Advertising (Meta)
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our advertising. On public store pages the Pixel tells Meta about page visits, the pack you look at, packs added to your cart and checkout starts, with the pack, its price and a random event id. It stays off the quiz, the payment return page and this page. After a paid order, our server sends Meta the purchase — its total, the packs and quantities, your browser and device details, Meta's own browser cookies, your IP address and your email address in hashed (one-way encoded) form, so Meta can match the purchase to an ad. We never send Meta your quiz answers, gift details, name, phone number or address. In the US this runs under this notice unless you turn advertising off below or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal; in other or unknown locations it waits for your permission. Rejecting analytics before you make an advertising choice also keeps advertising off. Turning advertising off stops future collection; it does not recall information already sent.
